Though we are just celebrating our 17-year anniversary, our founding brokerage firms have a more than 80-year tradition of serving clients in Northern California, the Central Valley and beyond. Our mission has never wavered and our growth plans are uncompromised. We have set out an ambitious goal to double revenues and the amount of our policy premiums we manage. How will we achieve this goal? In the insurance industry, most brokers are growing through mergers and acquisitions. We thought about it. However, in determining what was in the best interest of our clients, employees, management and the communities we serve, we said no. Our clients and employees like the fact that decisions are made by a local management and ownership team they know and trust. Our roots run deep in the communities we serve.
