Angela demonstrates natural leadership qualities in all she does and is very effective at teaching the right ways to do things. She is always willing to offer advice to her colleagues on how to maximize the efficiencies of EPIC and how she has learned to “set up” accounts for ease of future servicing. She “thinks ahead,” anticipates problems and solves them before they become an issue for her clients. What’s most impressive to her Broker partners is how steady and level-headed she is. Nothing flusters her.
