“An Incredible Adventure” Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping shape the role I hold today: Facilities Support Services Manager for all InterWest locations. It became a role that brought together three important departments — Facilities, Mail Centers, and Reception. In many ways, that workgave me a front-row seat to the everyday heartbeat of InterWest. I have many fond memories of the great times I've shared with different employees over the years, but one stands above therest. My greatest InterWest adventure was the opportunity to work alongside a woman I now call my partner, my best friend, and my wife: Lisa Waelbrock.

I finally gave in to a longtime friend who already worked at InterWest. She had been asking me to join the organization off and on for at least four years — we were co-workers at Placer Insurance before InterWest arrived.
