Donna is kind, funny and direct. She’s not afraid to speak up if she sees something inappropriate or potentially harmful to the company. Donna does not shy away from difficult situations. She is a fantastic support to InterWest’s employees and managers. She has a wonderful gift of keeping spirits up and was a steady constant of controlling the chaos during this year crazy time.
