Conducting Effective Performance Evaluations with Holden Law Group

We will work together to recognize the importance of clear goal setting in communicating and driving performance. We will review how to ensure that the performance evaluation does not contradict ongoing/previous corrective action, as well as understand the role bias may play when reviewing performance.

We will learn to identify and eliminate topics that create potential legal “red flags” that should be avoided when drafting performance evaluations. We will learn how to incorporate the principles of impactful coaching conversations.

Fee-Based Session Details:

These training sessions are available for registration for individuals, as well as employers and HR to utilize to support their supervisory team. Each session for each participant is *$165, but if you register for three or more sessions, for the same participant within the Summer/Fall 2026 series, each session will be discounted to $145.
