Corrective Action Pt. I: The Document with Holden Law Group

Participants in this session will be provided with a corrective action form for documenting performance issues. We will learn how to complete this form and review the importance of each section. We will practice documenting specific observable behavior vs. generalities.

We will review the differences between helpful and harmful documentation – how to avoid creating bad evidence. We will learn how to sweep past coaching conversations and verbal discussions, into the current corrective action.

Fee-Based Session Details:

These training sessions are available for registration for individuals, as well as employers and HR to utilize to support their supervisory team. Each session for each participant is *$165, but if you register for three or more sessions, for the same participant within the Summer/Fall 2026 series, each session will be discounted to $145.
