The Five-Steps to Impactful Coaching Conversations with Holden Law Group

In this training session, we will cover the framework necessary for communicating feedback and constructive criticism, in a clear and impactful way. We will practice and develop skills for effective coaching by applying the Five Steps to meaningful and current challenges. We will learn the framework for providing impactful and positive reinforcement and the participants will be provided with a tool they can use to prepare for future coaching conversations.

Fee-Based Session Details:

These training sessions are available for registration for individuals, as well as employers and HR to utilize to support their supervisory team. Each session for each participant is *$165, but if you register for three or more sessions, for the same participant within the Summer/Fall 2026 series, each session will be discounted to $145.
