Managing Attendance & Protected Leaves with Holden Law Group

In this session, we will learn about the types of absences that are protected by the law and participants will leave with an understanding of their essential role in responding lawfully to protected absence requests.

Participants in this session will also learn how to identify attendance policy violations from protected absences, and how to safely hold employees accountable for violations of company attendance policies and, when to seek further help.

Fee-Based Session Details:

These training sessions are available for registration for individuals, as well as employers and HR to utilize to support their supervisory team. Each session for each participant is *$165, but if you register for three or more sessions, for the same participant within the Summer/Fall 2026 series, each session will be discounted to $145.
