In this session of the Employers’ School, we will discuss the new employment laws taking effect in 2022 as well as significant court decisions and litigation trends from the preceding year.

We will also provide practical strategies for addressing the impact of these changes on your business, including support in handling requests for COVID-related accommodations and how to determine your potential wage and hour liability as a result of recent court decisions related to meal period premiums and the regular rate of pay.
