You will leave the workshop fully prepared to get your Workplace Violence Prevention Plan up and running by the July 1st, 2024 deadline. During the session, we’ll break down CA SB 553 and how it affects your business. You’ll learn all the ins and outs of what needs to be in your WVPP, from processes and procedures to systems. We’ll also show you how to create and maintain a violence incident log, a crucial part of the plan.

Plus, we’ll share tips for creating engaging employee training on the WVPP that everyone can understand. And don’t worry about keeping your WVPP compliant in the long run – we’ve got you covered with strategies to make sure it stays up to date. By the end of the workshop, you’ll feel confident and equipped to protect your workplace and employees from potential violence threats.

As the Director of Business Performance and Analytics, he leads a team dedicated to crafting innovative safety solutions. Certified in Wilderness First Aid and CPR.
