In 2024, OSHA’s work-related injury and illness
recordkeeping rules have been further updated to reflect recent trends, including COVID-19’s impact and the evolving Injury Tracking Application (ITA). Notably, establishments with 100 or more employees in high-hazard industries must now electronically submit data from OSHA Forms 300, 300A, and 301 starting March 2, 2024. OSHA will publicly post some of this data to increase transparency and improve safety monitoring. With these changes, mistakes in recordkeeping can lead to costly fines. In this session, you will learn how to comply with these updates, accurately complete the required forms, and use this data to enhance safety programs, reduce risks, and prevent injuries.
