Not only does Jazmin go above and beyond for her own clients but she’s always asking if colleagues need help and is prepared to step right in regardless of whether it’s carrier issues/information, support with EASE, EPIC or client specific. Instead of saying it can’t be done, she works toward making it happen. Jazmin’s “I’ll do it, don’t worry about it” approach is such a relief when we’re down to the wire on executing plans and completing projects.
Jazmin values her relationships with coworkers, as well as with clients. She reminds colleagues to slow down and enjoy the camaraderie within the team. She is also able to assist bilingual clients with proofreading/editing scripts for Open Enrollment Videos, presenting at employee Open Enrollment Meetings and handling phone calls from non-English speaking employees. Her leadership approach balances the department in a most meaningful way.
Jaz is also passionate about giving back to her community through volunteer work, including with the American Red Cross supporting people during crises including flooding and wildfires. When needed, she assists on weekends going house to house in rural communities to provide and install free fire alarms.
