Sheri took on the role of supervisor, while continuing to manage a very large workload and takes relationship building to a new level with underwriters who consider her to be a friend that they confide in. This has resulted in accounts being written that otherwise would not have been acceptable. Recently she worked 10 to 12 hours a day to put in place the benefit program for a new complex client.
Sheri is always willing to teach and coach others with kindness and patience.
