Victor McKnight

Victor McKnight joined InterWest as an Employee Benefits Broker in August 2016. Previously, he worked at EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants in their North Bay office.

Vic has been in insurance consulting and employee benefit program management for 22 years. As a benefits consultant, he is responsible for all aspects of developing, growing and servicing his client base. His strategic planning and program design ensure quality, timely and accurate deliverables for developing effective employee benefit communication programs.

Vic is a graduate of St. Mary’s College of California in Moraga, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management. He is an active member of the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce and serves as the President of the Board of Trustees of Mark West Union School District. A frequent speaker to business groups on healthcare reform and health insurance trends, Vic also regularly contributes his perspective to articles appearing in the North Bay Business Journal and other North Bay publications.

He has lived and worked in the North Bay area for the past 12 years.
