InterWest’s Distinguished Employee: Jessica Neal
Jessica is always searching for ways to improve our department and the company as a whole. She investigates programs and solutions that will benefit InterWest. She strives to resolve issues and makes sure everyone is heard. If you give her a task she’ll run with it. Her management is constantly being told what a great job Jessica does. Her work and customer service has been outstanding since day one. Jessica is always willing to help and goes above and beyond to resolve issues and follows up to make sure everyone is satisfied.
