For the 5th year InterWest colleagues, friends and family will be participating in the Walk a Mile in Her Shoes event where MEN slip on heels and walk a mile to raise funds to support the services and resources Women Escaping a Violent Environment – WEAVE provides. The Walk a Mile event is a playful opportunity to raise awareness in our community about the serious causes, effects and remediation’s to men’s sexualized violence against women. You are invited to support WEAVE by joining Team InterWest , by making a donation and by attending this fun, family friendly event on Sunday, May 20th at Crocker Park in Sacramento.
